One identity across the website and both apps: a wordmark with the bars mark, one blurple accent, two faces split by job, and a voice that says things plainly.
Cue set in Instrument Sans beside the bars mark, the same five capsules as the app icon. Same word, same mark, on ink, on bone, on the bar.

One blurple accent and one neutral ramp from bone to ink. Everything sits on the bone end, because that is the ground both apps are painted in. The only dark surfaces are the ones that are dark in the product too: the floating bar, and the page's one inverted band. The accent lifts on those so it stays legible. There is no second accent, and no gradient.
The accent. It fills a control and sets accent text.
Dots, rules, and row icons. Never type: it is too light to read.
Accent text on a tint, where the fill tone sits too close.
Text, the floating bar, and the one band that inverts.
The ground everything else is measured against.
Rows and blocks, a step lighter than the page
The sidebar, a step deeper, so it recedes

Every headline and every sentence, set tight. One word may take the accent. There is no light cut, so a big title stays quiet by size and tracking rather than by a thin weight.

Counters, timings, outcome tags, keycaps, and the kerned caps that label a section, so a number never competes with the words beside it.

The blurple marks the primary action, the live state, and one word in a headline. Everything else is type on a ground, so placement and value carry the emphasis rather than a spread of colour.
A card is a step up from the ground, a rail a step down, and a section band is one of those steps rather than a new colour. Adjacent bands never share a value, which is what separates them, and a hairline does the rest.
Every rectangle is square. The only fully rounded things are the live-audio controls, which is the whole reason to spend the shape: on a surface of squares they are found without looking.
Instrument Sans sets language, anything read as a sentence. Archivo Narrow sets instrumentation: counters, timings, tags, and the kerned caps that label a section. There is never a third family.
Cue is set beside the bars mark: five capsules, the middle one tallest, the same shape as the app icon. There is no mascot and no icon character to recolor or rotate.
The voice is confident and concrete, sentences over fragments, no hype adjectives, and no em dashes, ever. Read a sentence out loud; if you would not say it, do not write it.
The best specimen is the product. It reaches macOS in early access, batch by batch.
